Title: CEPA et al 2010 Electricity Transmission MEAV Content: Source gives a total Modern Equivalent Asset Value (MEAV) for the GB transmission grid, but not an operating cost. I have divided this total cost by 77 GW to match the way it would be used in the 2050 pathways calculator. I understand MEAV to mean the cost of replacing the whole grid tomorrow. This is higher than the regulated asset value, which appears to be based on historic cost.
